Welcome to Blackhawk Forest
Blackhawk Forest is a unique neighborhood in southern Delaware County, Ohio. We take pride in our “forest” as it is what makes us stand out from other developments. Three school districts are served by this community: Westerville Schools, Olentangy Local Schools, and Big Walnut School District. Many homeowners have lived here since the beginning and we also welcome new families to the neighborhood.
Genoa Township supports access to the Rails to Trails bike paths, and a variety of Township parks and activities. We are served by Genoa Township Police and Fire Departments.
Blackhawk Forest Homeowners Association is a nonprofit organization which stands to only serve the homeowners community. Control of fees and regulations is maintained locally by the homeowners board. Feel free to contact a board member for questions. Any member in good standing is welcomed to serve the community.
